ONE ON ONE PILATES
A great way to achieve quicker results from your
training.
Our trainer will come to your home to develop a personalised Pilates
package. This one-to-one training is from £55
per hour session*. Mats and equipment will be provided. Contact
us to discuss the comfort of in-home training.
*Terms & Conditions: A full 24 hours
notice is required to cancel a session or full payment will be charged.
SMALL
GROUP PILATES PACKAGE (2-3 people) We will offer
Pilates focussed to you and one or two friends in your home or at
work.
This gives you the chance to have a personalised workout at a cost
of £70 per hour for the group*.
Mats and equipment will be provided. Contact
us to discuss the options for your small group workout.

CORPORATE
PILATES PACKAGES
Allow your employees to enjoy the benefits of Pilates at work leaving
them relaxed and focused. Pilates can be done in the office, meeting room or conference room. Classes can take place before, during or after
work where the trainer comes to you!
The cost of the class can either be covered by the company
or split between the members of the class.
