The Core Conditioning workout is a unique and
dynamic combination of Pilates techniques.
We offer Pilates sessions in the comfort
and convenience of your own home. One-to-one and small group sessions
are available which allow the trainer to develop an in-home programme
tailored to your individual needs. Alternatively, our corporate
group packages allow you and your colleagues to enjoy Pilates at
work.
Our Pilates workout is designed to meet the needs of healthy people
of all ages. We also provide Prenatal Pilates, Postnatal Pilates
and Pilates for injury.
